Strength: Max Effort and Foundations Training Programs

Our Max Effort strength programs are designed for the dedicated high school athlete to develop strength, and explosiveness. Together, these enable athletes to dominate their competition. Our group training programs maximize performance levels of each athlete through a conjugate power lifting philosophy. Training programs are created on an individual basis for each participant so an athlete can achieve the strength needed for success in their sport.

Our Foundations Strength Program is for middle school athletes who are interested in improving their overall athletic performance. Our Foundations program uses an immersion learning approach where athletes learn the foundations of Olympic and powerlifting movements while completing additional bodyweight movements to maximize effort and build a positive and competitive experience in the weight room.

Speed and Agility: OverSpeed Training

Our OverSpeed group training programs are designed to develop athletes’ speed and agility, driving maximum performance on the field and court. These programs are designed for 8-10 year olds, middle school athletes, and high school and above. Athletes learn the fundamentals of acceleration and deceleration while focusing on linear and multi-directional mechanics. Athletes will be coached on efficient movement patterns that increase running efficiency, explosive first step capability, and ability to change direction. Skills acquired enable athletes to become more competitive in their sport.
