Strength and Speed Training

For a person to grow as an athlete it is essential for to work on speed and strength. How quick, fast, and strong an athlete is can overwhelmingly affect how that athlete performs on the field or court against an opponent. At Sports Reality we have taken many athletes from middle school, high school, college, and professional levels and have made them faster, stronger, and more competitive through our speed and strength programs. We offer speed and strength classes Monday through Friday in the afternoons in addition to also offering 1-on-1, small group, and large group training.
