Michael Fraizer
President
After a 32 year corporate career, Mike concentrates on a focused set of business and charitable interests. On the sports side, he and his wife Elizabeth established the Richmond Raiders professional indoor football team which enjoyed six successful seasons serving the Richmond metro area. As a result of that experience and working with the Washington Redskins and City of Richmond during 2012 to locate and design the team's training camp facility, he saw the area was not served by a full capability sports performance training center and decided to fill that gap. So Sports Reality was born. Growing up in Nebraska in a football culture that expects first class facilities and support as well as personally competing in swimming, AAU water polo and rugby during his younger years, Mike appreciates the needs of athletes, their families, coaches and all those that make sports happen.
