Max Fitness 1.0
This program is once a week and is ideal for adults who are beginning training or who are interested in adding an additional strength session to their current training to improve overall fitness.

Max Fitness 2.0
This program is twice a week and is ideal for adults who are interested in a moderate level of fitness training.

Max Fitness 3.0
This program is three times a week and is a perfect solution for a dedicated person to maximize total body fitness.

Max Strength: Adult Group Training

Weight Training

Looking to get back in playing shape?  Max Strength can get you there through individualized strength training that focuses on multi joint movements designed to maximize strength.  Our programs are tailored for each person to help them achieve their strength and fitness goals.  All programs take place in a supportive and fun group setting coached by our certified staff of performance coaches.

Max Strength 1.0

Max Core: Adult Group Training

Core Fitness Training

Don’t have time to work out before or after work?  Then Max Core will fit you schedule as we offer this class from 12:30-1:00p Monday through Friday.  Core 30 is an intense core training program designed for adults looking.
