Speed and Agility: OverSpeed Training

Our OverSpeed group training programs are designed to develop athletes’ speed and agility, driving maximum performance on the field and court. These programs are designed for 8-10 year olds, middle school athletes, and high school and above. Athletes learn the fundamentals of acceleration and deceleration while focusing on linear and multi-directional mechanics. Athletes will be coached on efficient movement patterns that increase running efficiency, explosive first step capability, and ability to change direction. Skills acquired enable athletes to become more competitive in their sport.
