Next Level and Position Training

Sports Reality offers a variety of different options for various camps & clinics, sports leagues, and individual skill coaching in the following areas of Football Training.


This program is designed for athletes who currently play or are aspiring to play college football. Next Level prepares athletes for the rigorous demands to be expected on the college level. Having played at Virginia Tech and for the LA Rams, Sam Rogers understands what to expect from high-level programs. Entering the program, athletes first go through an evaluation to determine areas that need extra attention. A training program is then individualized for each athlete. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday consist of a lift and speed/conditioning training. Tuesday and Thursday consist of field/position work and mobility training. In order to participate in Next Level, athletes must have already completed their senior season of high school football.

Grade: Rising College Freshman - Senior

QB Training

 Let Sports Reality help develop you into a successful signal caller.  Jeff Gonos provides training methods he developed as a player, coach, and clinician that focus on footwork, throwing mechanics, arm care, and football knowledge. Our vision is your success.

Any football related activity is subject to review by the Sports Reality staff for suitability and insurance matters.

Our individual programs are based on our two foundation offerings:

  1. Overspeed, which is designed to develop athletes’ speed and agility, driving maximum performance on the field.
  2. Strength Training, which is designed to develop strength, explosive capability, and stamina.

Sports Reality Performance’s specific goal is to increase explosive strength, speed (acceleration mechanics), and agility (acceleration, deceleration, and reacceleration), and power development (hip rotary power).  Athletes will be coached in the weight room to be more efficient at the power clean, squat, and bench press.  On the field and track the athlete will be taught proper acceleration and deceleration mechanics (teaching proper body control and change of direction).  In addition, prehab exercises are implemented for athletes to decrease potential for shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries.
