Strength Training

Strength Training:  Our group strength training programs focus on the fundamental movement patterns that enable athletes to become more explosive and powerful. Athletes are classified into levels based on their experience, strength, and ability to demonstrate proper movements.

  • 1-0n-1 Training
  • Semi-Private Training
  • Open Training
  • Group Training
    • Level 1 & 2: Beginner & Advanced Beginner
    • Level 3 & 4: Intermediate & Advanced Intermediate
    • Level 5 & Above: Elite & Advanced Elite

Speed & Agility Training

Our group training programs are designed to develop athletes’ speed and agility, driving maximum performance on the field and court. These programs are designed for 8-10 year olds, middle school athletes, and high school and above. Athletes learn the fundamentals of acceleration and deceleration while focusing on linear and multi-directional mechanics. Athletes will be coached on efficient movement patterns that increase running efficiency, explosive first step capability, and ability to change direction. Skills acquired enable athletes to become more competitive in their sport.

Sports Reality offers fully customized fitness & wellness plans designed to help you achieve your personal goals with the appropriate level of support.
